Due to COVID-19 pandemic, INDEX20 has been postponed until 20-23 rd October 2020. NIRI is fully intending to attend and will be scheduling meetings with current and new customers in the coming months. In preparation, NIRI has been busy helping raw material suppliers, roll goods manufacturers, machine manufacturers and converters develop marketing strategies for their products by: •         Identifying performance and cost benefits by prototyping and benchmarking products. •         Identifying new applications for rapid market penetration. •         Introducing potential customers and partners. NIRI’s spin-out company, Surfaceskins, is continuing to support the effort to deliver infection control products to clients globally during this time of COVID-19 pandemic. The team has been working around the clock in response to the growing demand and is taking necessary precautions to protect themselves, as well as, their colleagues and customers. With recent investment and appointment of a new Chief Operations Officer (COO), George Page, Surfaceskins is now ramping up its production capability to supply their global product demand. George has 23 years production, manufacturing and business experience helping drive a start-up business to 80m turnover.
